Fahrenheit (Charlotte, NC) is situated above the Skye Condos at 222 South Caldwell Street on the 21st Floor. Chef Rocco Whalen’s restaurant features amazing, unparalled views of the Queen City and inventive new American cuisine. The wine list is extensive, cocktails are creatively crafted and draft beers are local. Also featured on the roof are linear fire pits, a social pool and seasonal herb garden. Sunday brunch is served weekly from 11 am until 3 pm. Room service for the attached Hyatt Place Hotel as well as Skye Condominium owners is now available.

Proper attire is required to dine with us. We require business casual attire for all of our guests. Persons in t-shirts, ball cap style hats, excessively revealing clothing or workout attire may not be admitted. Please note, management reserves the right to change and / or update the Dress Code at any time.

We have a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. We do not seat late or incomplete parties.

We have an outside food fee of $25 for any cakes, cupcakes etc. that are brought into the restaurant.
