There is a $1500 minimum charge to book Short Rib 1 for all occasions. That amount is geared toward 40 guests. Above and beyond 40 guests, there is a $15 per person charge.
On every event, we apply a labor fee of $250 to cover transportation, set up, prep, execution of menu, service and clean up. Above 65 guests, an additional labor fee applies of $100.
